Weather/cancellation of rehearsal
Rehearsal will not necessarily be cancelled according to the plan of the public schools. Rehearsal will be held if at all possible and may still be held even in the event of snow or severe weather. In the rare event of rehearsal cancellation, the director will send an email notifying everyone.
Importance of email for choir news
Important choir information will be sent to members by email. If members do not frequently use their email and need to receive information in some other way, please notify the director of this on the registration form.
